How to Access Help In The Tendant App

Tendant™ offers several ways to get assistance and support.  You can access and search our Knowledge Base or report support issues quickly and easily from “Help” option on the main Tendant menu.  The Report Issue allows you to quickly report your issue and connect directly to someone on our Customer Success team.  To access the Knowledge Base or to Report an issue, simply follow these easy steps:

  1. Tap the Menu in the upper right on any screen in Tendant
  2. Tap Help
  3. Then Choose Knowledge Base or Tap Report Issue
